Jessica Fairchild is an experienced business and M&A attorney and executive with more than 21 years of legal experience in large law firm, in-house, and small firm private practice. Jessica is a founding partner of CROKE FAIRCHILD DUARTE & BERES, where she has sought to develop long-standing relationships with clients, often serving as outside general counsel. Prior to co-founding Croke Fairchild, Jessica practiced in a boutique law firm setting since 2010 and before that with a large world-wide law firm. . She also served as the General Counsel of Chicago 2016 from January 2007 through December 2009. Jessica was recognized as a “40 under 40” person to watch by Crain’s Chicago Business in 2009 a Crain’s Chicago Business 2022 Notable Women in Law. 

Jessica is a graduate of the University of Illinois, where she earned her B.S. in accounting. She received her J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School. Jessica is a member of the American Bar Association and serves on Croke Fairchild’s Management Committee and the Office of General Counsel.
