Patrick Hennessey, M.D.

Patrick is a board-certified surgeon and researcher. He has significant experience spearheading patient safety and quality improvement initiatives at two major hospital systems, evaluating medical devices, and working with hospital value analysis committees to gain approval for products and medical devices.
He attended Carleton College and the Georgetown University School of Medicine and received his Otolaryngology residency training at The Johns Hopkins Hospital. He has conducted research at the National Institutes of Health and the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, has published numerous articles in peer reviewed journals, and has presented his research at national meetings.
After leaving clinical practice, Patrick became an investor and advisor with a focus on early-stage life science companies. He utilizes insights gained through clinical experience and his research background to evaluate, advise, and invest in companies that have the potential to significantly impact the treatment of human disease.
