Jayson Slotnik, J.D., M.P.H.

Jayson Slotnik is an accomplished attorney with experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, device and diagnostic space. He is a partner at Health Policy Strategies, where he counsels clients on Medicare, Medicaid and private payer coverage, coding and reimbursement policies. 

Prior to joining Health Policy Strategies, Jayson was a counsel for Foley Hoag, LLP where he advised clients on the development of business objectives and marketing strategies to ensure compliance with federal law and work as clients develop appropriate launch and life cycle management strategies. He also served as the Director of Medicare Reimbursement and Economic Policy at the Biotechnology Industry Organization (BIO), where he regularly represented the industry before Congress and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) regarding reimbursement and coverage issue affecting the industry.

Jayson received his B.A. in English from the University of Rochester, M.P.H. from George Washington University, and his J.D. from the University of Maryland.
